Tel Aviv University replaces computer keyboards with Arabic letters.

As part of the Language Access Project at Tel Aviv University, a replacement of
300 computer keyboards with Arabic letters was completed. These boards
were distributed to the various offices in the university and other centres that
are frequently used by Arab students and need them for their academic study.
This made it easier for Arab students to use these keys in their jobs and study
in general, which was not available in many sections of the university and this
was previously limited to Hebrew and English languages.
This project comes as one of several steps to make it easier for Arab students
to respond to their demands. It is noteworthy that Tel Aviv University has
allocated a special budget to promote and serve Arab students in the
university.
