Tel Aviv University hosts the directors of the Higher Education Pioneers Project

Tel Aviv University hosted the managing team of the pioneers of higher
education project under the direction of Mr. Ashraf Jabbour in order to expose
the university's advantages, special paths and services to Arab students during
their educational journey.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Yousef Mashharawi (Chairman of the
Steering Committee for the Integration of Arabs in the University) welcomed
the attendance and commended you for their presence and participation, and
through his short speech, Mashharawi passed on the academic aspects that
the centre or the consultant should highlight and expose to high school
students.
Then, Mr. Shadi Atamneh (Marketing director for Arab Society at the
University) presented a summary of the activities and activities held at the
university for the Arab community with regard to interested and Arab
students, aiming to increase the proportion of Arab students in the university
and balancing the registration of various fields and and not to be concentrated
in traditional areas.
This was followed by a detailed explanation of the social worker Rami Tibi (the
director of the affairs of Arab students at the university), who in turn explained
about the Sawa program emanating from the Office of the Dean of Students,
which provides services to Arab students, especially the first year of their
education, and what services and aids that push students to adapt to
education University Academic.
Afterwards, the managers were exposed on several special educational paths
at Tel Aviv University, such as brain science education, explained by second-
year student Yara Agbaria and the High-tech Plus track, which combines high-
tech, literary and non-psychometric admission and distance learning courses
for recognized academic courses.
In all, the managers expressed their pleasure to visit Tel Aviv University and get
to know them closely and receive answers to the questions they have always
wanted to hear from the specialists in the university.
